FoundationWorks, Inc. manufactures, and markets proven and proprietary foundation systems with patents issued and pending, designed and engineered especially to improve the performance and appearance of factory built structures.

This initial and primary support system was created originally to protect manufactured homes from hazardous conditions, most particularly earthquakes and high wind. From that beginning, and based on his 40 years of extensive experience with foundations and installations, the inventor designed the FoundationWorks Systems for extreme durability and reliability—proven now with more than1,600 homes. Additional system characteristics include: Accepted as a Permanent Foundation for Financing. Ideal for New Factory Built Homes, as well as Foundation Retrofits for the approximately 2 million existing homes that will require upgrades.
